I was trying not to take in too much water because it would make me weightier each time I stepped on the scale. After I started just drinking some water and losing baby fat I really got into the exercise part. I got a lot more energy and the strategy made sense. Once I got started out I did not quit and now I am back down to my goal weight! I am so happy that I started this strategy and worked to observe results.
