As soon as you stop smoking you have to suspect there will be times when you will error but in the times past that I backslid, I just accepted failure and started smoking full steam ahead. This time if I backslid and bought a pack of cigarettes or smoked one I begged from a friend I allowed myself forgiveness for not being perfect and started right back up.

When ever I saw the scales go up I made sure to workout more and not to replace eating with smoking. I also rewarded myself by pampering myself with anything I by and large would not do for myself. I will not say that I do not think about smoking from time to time and without doubt always will but I also tell myself that what you save is both money and health. Your clothes do not stink of smoke your hair does not reek of smoke and you can better enjoy the food you eat.
